The weather was wonderful, had really amazing stay for the holidays. It was in a marvellous and unbeatable location so close to a meal from the deli section. I dined short walk from the hotel at Charisse.

The location here was great, situated close to the hotel's new tower of rooms and a variety of restaurants and bars, with incredibly friendly and attentive staff who ensured everything was kept clean and tidy.

The staff here are super friendly and make sure you're covered with parking. They provide great service and have convenient parking onsite. Plus, they even allow for early check-ins! 🚗

Reasonably large room and bright bathroom with a spacious shower and two sinks. Good view from the window over the street. - Thanks to the accommodating staff everything was perfect, including a huge variety of outstanding food.

Conveniently located near museums and a short walk to the Convention Center; also offers early check-in. 🌟 Ideal spot for exploring the area on foot.

The location was perfect, very close to the concert venue and right near the Convention Center. We loved how easy it was to get around, especially with the convenient shuttle service to the nearby museums. The staff here were professional, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a comfy mattress and fluffy pillows. The bathroom was big and we appreciated the always hot water. The view from our room was nice, facing the street and a lively club. Despite being downtown, it was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Despite our enjoyable stay, we did have a couple of minor issues. There was a small fee for parking, which was unexpected.

We had a fantastic experience at the Ambassador Hotel! The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure our stay was comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The restaurant downstairs was a highlight, with delicious food and great live music. We also enjoyed the perks of the Autograph Collection, such as the friendly driver, Bert, who provided us with local insights and recommendations. The personalized touches, like warm cookies at the front desk, made us feel truly valued as guests. Despite a few minor issues, such as construction noise and limited access to a microwave, the overall experience was outstanding. We highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Kansas City.
